Event cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a paid event hosted by the Office for the Public Sector, or hosted by the office in partnership with another organisation, you may transfer your registration to a suitable colleague at any time for no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible.
Cancellations made more than 30 working days prior to the event will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 15 to 30 working days prior to the event will incur a 50% charge of the full workshop fee (i.e. a 50% refund). Cancellations made less than 14 working days prior to the event, or non-attendance, will result in a non-refundable charge of the full program fee.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify the Leadership Team on 8226 2715 or at [email protected] as soon as possible.
The Office for the Public Sector reserves the right to cancel or modify programs, dates, times, venues and speakers in the event of circumstances beyond its control. In the event of such cancellation, a full refund to participants will be made.
