Draft Guideline of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment - Public Sector Employee Mobility
In February 2017, the Government approved the implementation of an employee mobility strategy to deal with workforce issues arising from the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Commonwealth Aged Care Reforms which affect employees from the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI). To ensure employees are managed consistently and in accordance with Government policy, the attached Guideline for the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment: Public Sector Employee Mobility has been developed.
The Office for the Public Sector will work closely with agencies to effectively implement the policy.
