Building Wellbeing and Resilience in the Public Sector
The South Australian (SA) Government is committed to supporting the well being and resilience of public sector employees. More than one in four Australian workers’ productivity is compromised due to below average well being.
There is a need for improved individual and collective understanding of well being and resilience and its impact on productivity across the SA Public Sector, and a greater awareness of improvement strategies.
The strategic context considered in the development of this project is found in the SA Government Modern Public Service Policy. The SA Public Sector Values are considered central to the design and development of project outputs.
The 90 Day project is to design a program to build well being and resilience of public sector employees. The output of this project will be to identify a suitable candidate/s to design a program of work for purposes of a pilot.Back to top
