I want to be a mentor!
Mentor groups consist of five trainees or graduates and are formed as they start their employment throughout the year, so it could be several weeks before you are allocated a group.
Your name will be added to the register and you will be contacted once a group has been allocated to you.
The Institute of Public Administration (IPAA) host regular Mentor Check-In Sessions which you will be invited to once a group has been allocated to you.
In the meantime, a Mentoring Handbook has been developed to provide you with more information and to assist you with your mentoring activities.
