Gifts and Benefits Guideline
An updated version of the Commissioner’s Guideline relating to Gifts and Benefits has been prepared and is available for your review and feedback here, as part of our consultation process. Please send any comments or queries no later than Friday 7 February 2020. The key changes to this document are inclusion of ‘gift’ and ‘host’ tests and an expansion of information around how different types of gifts could be considered and managed by public sector employees. This document will also be provided to employee associations for consultation / review purposes.
