Brene Brown’s – Dare to Lead

How do we develop braver more daring leaders? How do you embed the value of courage in your culture to navigate change and drive performance results?

Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program for Leaders and Change Agents. Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers including Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly list.

Leadership courage is a collection of four learnt skills.  In this two-day workshop you will learn how to build brave cultures and drive performance by:

Participants explore Dr Brené Brown’s research, complete a leadership assessment and learn how to connect, navigate difficult conversations and hold other’s accountable for success.

Anna Ranaldo is the founder of AR Consulting and Collective Courage. With a passion for people and potential, Anna specialises in emotional intelligence, change resilience and team effectiveness. As a certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator (DTLF) and ICF ACC Certified Coach Anna has worked as a leader, executive coach and consultant.
