Driving Success and High Performing Culture through Intrinsic Motivation

May 29, 2019

Do you want to keep your employees engaged and motivated?

Do you want to tap the wells of innovative talents in your team for breakthroughs?

Drive is a paradigm-shattering look at what truly motivates us and how we can use that knowledge to work smarter, perform better and live a more fulfilling life. It is based on the research of one of the biggest names in business – award winning author, Dan Pink, plus many other experts in the field of human motivation.  Dan’s TED Talk about the science of motivation is one of the 10 most-watched TED Talks of all time (watch it here, if you haven’t already done so!).

Pink’s book exposed the mismatch between what science knows and what business does—and how that affects every aspect of life. In this workshop, we address why rewards and punishment worked successfully in the twentieth century, and why it’s precisely the wrong way to motivate people for today’s challenges. Examining the three elements of true motivation — Purpose, Mastery, and Autonomy – we offer smart and surprising techniques for putting these immediately into action.

Along the way, we take a peek into organisations that are enlisting new approaches to motivation and introduce you to the scientists and entrepreneurs who are pointing a bold way forward.

This workshop will help make you and your organisation more successful in a time where people are doing more with less resources.
