Leading Through Times of Change – Executive Masterclass with Professor Lisa Paul, AO PSM, former Federal Government Secretary
May 23, 2018
Due to overwhelming demand, Professor Lisa Paul will return to Adelaide to continue sharing her fascinating insights and stories about leading through times of change.
Lisa spoke at the Leading and Collaborating Through Times of Change event in February, where participants enjoyed her down-to-earth approach to leadership and sense of humour.
This time the sessions will be more intimate, with Lisa conducting several executive masterclasses for current managers and current and aspiring executives.
The executive masterclass will explore some of the crucial ingredients to help you lead your team through the post-election environment, and subsequent Machinery of Government changes, and equip you with some helpful and practical methods.
In this executive masterclass, Lisa will share her insights as well as practical tips and hints based on her experience in managing change. She will:
- cover aspects of managing change on personal, team and organisational levels
- discuss how she approaches leadership and expectations of senior executives
- share tips for success in working across organisational boundaries.
Participants are encouraged to bring their change management challenges to the session to discuss, problem solve and action plan with Lisa’s assistance.
Facilitator: Professor Lisa Paul, AO PSM
