Performance monitoring

Trainees are to be treated like all other employees and participate in performance development reviews.

Due to the contract being for 12 months and the opportunity for ongoing employment it is recommended that a formal appraisal is undertaken every three months. This ensures that you are undertaking a variety of tasks, learning new skills and progressing through your study appropriately. It also allows for any performance issues to be identified and solutions reached promptly through discussion and documentation, which means an enjoyable experience for all involved.
