The South Australian Public Sector is focused on improving performance management and development (PMD) across all agencies. To support this, OCPSE has developed two online learning modules — one for managers and one for employees.
These modules aim to build awareness and understanding of performance management and provide a practical overview of effective PMD in the workplace. They offer a consistent, sector-wide approach to strengthening PMD knowledge and practice.
The content is designed to complement existing online and face-to-face learning available across the sector. Each module takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
